Our panel of marketing experts will share their experiences managing teams and the specific tactics they use to stay ahead of the curve in marketing innovation. We will explore the latest marketing trends and how leading companies are implementing them into their mix to get the attention of their audiences.

Jared Melzer, Director of Sponsorships and Social Media TE Connectivity: Jared considers himself a student of sponsorships and social media. He enjoys learning about how brands drive value from their partnership investments and social media campaigns.  He’ll always choose the challenger brand over the market leader.  The fun is not only in winning, but figuring out how to win as a team when the odds are not in your favor.  As the Director of Sponsorships and Social Media at TE Connectivity, Jared works on leveraging the company’s partnership portfolio and developing social media campaigns that grow, engage and influence business.  A graduate of Penn State University and the University of Texas-Austin, Jared has lived in New York, State College, Austin, Madrid, Los Angeles and currently calls Philadelphia home. Carolina Lobo, Chief Marketing Officer at BAYADA Home Health Care: Carolina is a globally-minded marketing professional with proven experience humanizing B2B and B2C brands -- a result of obsessive customer focus and empathy along with disciplined creativity. She has held a variety of marketing leadership roles with major companies and brands: T. Rowe Price, Listerine/Pfizer, Aramark, AmerisourceBergen,Cigna and BAYADA Home Health Care.

Mary L. "Missy" Orlando is an entrepreneurial business strategist and marketing executive with over 30 years of distinguished, results-oriented experience. Orlando currently serves as the President & COO of The Anderson Group (TAG), an impact agency serving the greater Mid-Atlantic region for the past 30 years. Prior to joining TAG in 2015, Orlando served as Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer for Malvern Bancorp, and Malvern Bank, helping to move the bank out of receivership with the OCC, and into a profitable savings bank within the Philadelphia five-counties.
