Human Resource Management: A Panel Discussion by Organizations of Best Places to Work in PA - Panelist Profiles

Chet Mosteller, Principal at Mosteller & Associates will lead a
panel discussion of three firms recognized as best places to work in
Pennsylvania. With tight labor markets, this discussion will focus on
what these firms are doing in the areas of employee satisfaction, recruit, retention, benefits and the customer experience. The session will be participative and allow for question and answers for the audience.


Chester (Chet) Mosteller
President, Mosteller & Associates

Chet Mosteller is the founder and President of Mosteller & Associates. His background is well balanced with human resource consulting to a wide variety of organizations since 1994, and over 18 years of prior human resource management. Mr. Mosteller graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a BA in Mathematics and is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS). He also serves on several Boards and Committees of community organizations

Paul Barber
Vice President of Human Resources, Listrak

Paul Barber brings to his role as Listrak Vice President of Human Resources more than 20 years of Human Resources experience in the financial services and public education sectors. In addition to extensive skills in the areas of compensation, benefits and employee relations, he brings a solid background in leadership training and organizational development. Paul leads a highly skilled and energetic team of HR professionals who support Listrak’s recruiting and employee services. Listrak is a “Best Places to Work in PA” award winner placing in the top 10 in 2017.

Kathleen (Kathy) Prime
Chief Learning and Talent Development Officer, The High Companies

Kathleen (Kathy) Prime is currently the Chief Learning and Talent Development Officer for The High Companies in Lancaster, PA has worked 25 years in various organizations helping to create, design, execute and measure various human resource (people strategies) to drive organizational performance and achievement of the organizations mission. She has done similar work for small and large organizations alike – ranging from 20 to 60,000 employees (including 7500 leaders) across 16 states. Her ability to create human resource
strategies that align to business strategies and then deliver tangible results to key stakeholders has resulted in numerous Best Places to Work Awards and top Employee Engagement recognitions.


Alison Snyder
Personnel Director, East Penn Manufacturing Co, Inc.
Alison Snyder was employed by East Penn Manufacturing in 1987, has served in various HR functions throughout the years and currently works as the Personnel Director. East Penn (Deka Battery) is one of the world’s largest and most modern independent battery
manufacturers and has been recognized with many awards including being voted one of Pennsylvania’s Best Places to Work for 15 of the past 16 years. Currently, East Penn has over 9000 employees, 99 locations in the US and provides product to prestigious customers such as Harley Davidson, Caterpillar, Freightliner and NAPA.
