Join us for this dynamic discussion on entrepreneurship, and the importance of continuous innovation to support sustained business growth. Listen while our panelists share their experiences and challenges faced at various stages of evolution, from startup to thriving organizations. The discussion will be moderated by David Myers.

  • Pete Molinaro is a medical device executive and entrepreneur with 38 years in senior management positions for a number of med tech start-ups and small companies seeking growth and value appreciation. Over the past 4 decades Mr. Molinaro held executive level positions in key roles critical to developing startups and smaller medical device companies into thriving successful organizations. These organizations include: CILCO, Inc., IntraOptics, Inc., Surgical Specialties Corporation, and Adhezion Biomedical, LLC.

 

  • Richard Aulenbach III is the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at RPA Engineering. He is responsible for the global growth of the organization through new client acquisition as well as expanding RPA’s relationships with their Fortune 100 and 500 clients. Mr. Aulenbach heads up all M/A activities for the firm as well as new product development.

 

  • Carl G. Anderson, Jr. is a General Partner of Cannondale Partners LLP, a private investment company. He is the retired Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Arrow International, Inc. He joined Arrow in January 2002 as Vice Chairman of the Board and General Manager of the Critical Care Division and was elected Chairman & CEO on September 2003, and retired on May 2007. Mr. Anderson has held executive level positions with ABC School Supply, Inc., James River Corporation, Procter & Gamble, and Nestle Foods Corporation. He also serves as a director of Childcare Education Institute, a private, on-line education company and Chairman of the Board of Sonivate, Inc., a medical device company. He is a trustee of Lafayette College and of Alvernia University.
