Recruiting and retaining the right people in the current economic climate is a universal challenge for employers. Many organizations can’t meet their customers’ needs in a timely fashion given the lack of staffing. While customers are “understanding of this issue” because they are experiencing the same challenges, eventually it will take its toll. Recruiting and retaining the right people with the right skills is critical for an organization’s success.
