Scott Withers is the Chief Information Officer at C H Briggs. Scott’s background combines more than 45 years of sales, marketing, operations and information systems experience within the wholesale distribution industry.

He has been recognized nationally for innovation around the convergence of ERP, CRM, social and other external data in order to capture and present a shared view of the customer throughout the organization. This new source of contextual data, combined with traditional data sources and the powerful analytical tools available, provides a rich opportunity to present new actionable information to the sales and marketing functions, which can be used for competitive advantage and process improvement.
