Operational excellence is one of the keys to profitability and an above average ROI. This session will be a panel discussion on operational excellence. The panel will feature Barry Schlouch, President of Schlouch Inc., Matt Cougle, Chief Operating Officer of Cougle’s Recycling, and John Weidenhammer, President of Weidenhammer Systems Corporation. The discussion will focus on defining operational excellence, challenges to achieving it and how to overcome those obstacles.
