Denise Lee and Chet Mosteller of Mosteller and Associates are partnering with the O'Pake Institute to provide training on unconscious bias. Unconscious bias is not intentional, and it doesn't come from a place of bad intent. However, biases play a significant role in how we see the world and they influence our behavior and our judgment. Biases can even interfere with our ability to perform fairly and impartially. Today, more than ever, we need to understand the various causes of unconscious bias, the impact that it has on all of us, and the ways we can break the cycle.

Denise Lee joined Mosteller & Associates in April 2016 with over 25 years of experience in business management, human resources, design, and delivery of management developmental programs, and in sales and relationship building. Denise graduated from Eastern University with a BA in Management and Organizational Development. She is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and an active member of the SHRM Berks County PA Chapter. Denise’s current focus is on creating and facilitating custom training programs including supervisory/managerial/ leadership development and diversity, equity, and inclusion training.

Chester Q. Mosteller is the founder and President of Mosteller & Associates.
